It supports customization of any 3D model (as long as the STL/STEP/IGES format is provided), meeting needs such as size adjustment, material replacement, surface treatment (grinding/painting/electroplating, etc.) and batch personalized marking.
There is no minimum order quantity for custom orders; you can order just one piece. For wholesale orders, we recommend a minimum order quantity of ≥50 pieces to enjoy tiered pricing discounts.
Submit model files and requirements to customer service → Customer service will provide a quote within 2 hours → Order confirmation and deposit payment → Production scheduling → Finished product inspection → Shipment → Final payment settlement (wholesale orders support payment terms).

Production capacity and delivery related
Sample orders (1-10 pieces): 1-3 business days; bulk orders (50-5000 pieces): 3-7 business days; ultra-large quantities (≥10000 pieces): 7-15 business days (subject to order confirmation).

Quality and after-sales service
We use industrial-grade 3D printing equipment with an accuracy of ±0.05mm (depending on the material/size). Each batch of products undergoes 100% inspection, and a quality inspection report is provided.
We support sample confirmation first, and the sample cost can be deducted from subsequent bulk orders.
If the product does not meet your requirements due to production reasons, we offer free reprinting or a refund, provided you provide proof of the problem within 7 business days of receiving the goods.
Other issues
We support model optimization and repair services. Complex designs will incur additional charges. Please consult customer service for details.
We support PayPal, credit cards, T/T wire transfer, Western Union, and other payment methods. Wholesale orders support a deposit + final payment payment model.
You can submit your model file and requirements (material/process/quantity/surface treatment) through the customer service quotation portal on the independent website, or contact online customer service directly for an accurate quotation within 2 hours.
